| So I was browsing through xanga for the hell of it and I thought, I should really blog me. Its kind of a cathartic activity that doesn't take too much time as long as the computer doesn't lock and and the xanga gremlins don't delete my posts. I'm just bad at keeping up on these kinds of things (as you can see as I havn't posted anything since feb. I was going to say something else, but I don't remember now. Oh well.

| So, the other day I went and saw the Peking acrobats at the LBC or WFC depending on whether or not you prefer to call it by its new shitty name. (Pet Peeve: The changing of names of local venues or even big parks and such to things that include corporate names). ANYWAYS, It was quite an impressive show but my mom sense was going off non-stop. It took all my strength to keep from standing up and yelling GET DOWN and WHAT WOULD YOU'RE MOTHER THINK. Also, there is no need to be balencing yourself on ten chairs or spin pottery on a stick. I came to the conclusion out of all of this that I really don't like acrobats.

| I don't know what to do. I really want to go to london next fall but there are things tying me here. I also don't know how I want to tailor my major for what I want to do in the future. I really like theater design (all aspects - lighting, sets, sound) but I really want to teach. People are getting stupider and stupider these days and I really want to do something about it. High school english and possibly drama. But I have no idea how to go about doing that. I know how to get my teaching degree and I know how to get a design degree, but both? I probably should go see a couselor. So much to figure out. So little time. Le sigh

| The heater has been on for a couple hours, so I'm quite toasty. I just ate some popcorn so my hands are kind of greasy...so I probably shouldn't be typing.
I started working in the scene shop today and things went relativly well. Ben, one of the other guys in the shop, doesn't really know when to shush. Big monty python fan, REALLY excentric...but a nice guy. I really don't want to take the bus up there tomorrow but it will be ok. I can already feel this semester starting to suck my life force.
I am also really starting to get addicted to video games again. Bad thing...bad thing.
I can't wait til my parents get new couches so I get my couches and coffee table...YAY!
